Description
In clinical diagnostics and biomedical research, flow cytometry is a well established technology that involves a heterogenous mixtures of cells being passed across one or multiple laser interrogation points in single file. The light signals are recorded from the cells and can be used to interpret cell morphology, surface proteins, intracellular protein expression, gene expression, and the physiology of the cell.
