Position: Infant supine, head placed in midline; tester positioned at infant's feet when possible.
Procedure: Lift one arm at the elbow and gently move across the midline of the body with elbow directed toward opposite shoulder (arm off support surface) to elicit rolling. Perform procedure to right side.
